Good reasons to ask to come to the clinic: 

7 B’s

1 - Bleeding- that won’t stop and can’t be covered with a Band-Aid from teacher 

2- Bug Bite - that you haven't told your parent about already

3- Bad Breathing - unable to catch you breathe after sitting calmly for 2 minutes or if you know you have asthma 

4- Barfing - Nurse Lee or Mrs. Peavler must see your throw up. Don’t go to the boys or girl’s bathroom to throw up. Throw up in the trash can and bring it with you to the clinic or come to clinic to use bathroom 

5- Burning Up - Not during P.E. or recess - If you feel hot after sitting calmly in the class for at least 15 minutes, then you may come to the clinic 

6- Bumped your head

7- Broken Bone/ Injury

Immunization Records

Do you need your child's immunization records?  These records can be obtained through Skyward Family Access under the Health Info tab.  Click on Display Options and then on Show Vaccinations.  Updated immunizations should be returned to the clinic.  They can be dropped off in the school office, faxed to 972-941-9906, or emailed to jada.lee@wylieisd.net.
