Counseling

Mrs. Dalila Nastase- 5th Grade

I am Dalila Nastase, the 5th grade school counselor at Harrison. This is my 5th year as a counselor at Harrison and I have been a part of the Wylie ISD family for over a decade. Prior to being a school counselor, I was a 5th grade Dual Language reading teacher. I loved reading stories with my students and learning about their favorite books.

I grew up in North Texas and love being a part of our Wylie community. I graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with my bachelor’s in psychology and received my masters in School Counseling from Texas A&M Commerce.

I am the proud mom of 2 kids. Our family pet is a fluffy bunny named “Bunny”; he enjoys snacking and hopping around.

Degrees and Certifications:

Masters of Science in Counseling: Texas A&M Commerce
Bachelors of Arts in Psychology: University of Texas at Dallas

Mrs. Ashley Rinn- 6th Grade

I am Ashley Rinn, the 6th grade school counselor at Harrison Intermediate School.  This is my 10th year in Wylie ISD at Harrison.  Prior to being a school counselor I was a life skills teacher here at Harrison for 3 years, a K-6 resource teacher for 4 years in Richardson ISD and a 6th grade ELA teacher for 1 year, also in Richardson ISD.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Special Education.  And in May of 2015 I completed my master's in School Counseling through Lamar University.

I live with my husband and our three fur babies, Bandit, Red, and Colbie.  They keep us busy and I love sharing crazy stories about them with the students.

My favorite part about working with students is helping them to realize their own potential and their ability to accomplish the goals they set for themselves.

Degrees and Certifications:

Texas A&M University: Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies
Lamar University: Masters in School Counseling
